Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms offer stunning views with angled windows and are incredibly clean and comfortable. The service is friendly and helpful, though some delays may occur. The location is unbeatable for exploring downtown Chicago. Dining options are limited, but the hotel's location provides easy access to nearby restaurants. The facilities are convenient and well-maintained.
The hotel offers great views of State Street and a partial view of the lake and Millennium Park from spacious rooms. The room, though small, is well-equipped with convenient amenities. The service varies from kind to surly but goes the extra mile to assist guests. The location is perfect for exploring the city's attractions, while the dining experience is enjoyable with delicious food. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel had spacious, clean, and well-appointed rooms perfectly located within walking distance to various attractions. The high windows offered a gorgeous view, but the room size was a bit tight for the price paid. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, with special amenities for four-legged companions. The location was ideal for business visits and close to major landmarks, though some noise from city traffic could be heard. The dining experience was prompt and convenient, but reservations needed to be early as it could get fully booked on weekends. Overall, the hotel offered a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were kept very clean, which is exactly what I was looking for. My room was lovely, with a comfortable bed, Keurig style coffee maker, fridge, and good lighting. However, it overlooked a machinery surrounded by 3 very high walls, making it impossible to see the weather, and there was essential light at any time. The only downside was the small size of the room and the terribly poorly planned bathroom in room 1202; you can barely get to the sink without having the door in your back.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with a few minor drawbacks. The rooms, although clean, were smaller and located on a staff floor requiring navigation around linen containers. Despite this, the room itself was very clean and offered a nice view of downtown. The bed was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the softest extra blanket ever provided. The service was excellent, with kind, accommodating, and friendly staff, even though they seemed busy. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping, dining, and enjoying the TG parade, and the proximity to various attractions made it very central. The dining experience in the hotel restaurant, the Atwood, was really good, but it was disappointing that breakfast didn't start until 8 am on weekends. Overall, the hotel facilities met expectations. However, the price may be a consideration for some travelers seeking better value for money.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well thought out, with a dog bed that could fit even multiple dogs. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions like Millennium Park and the theater district. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly staff who made my trip so much better. However, the dining experience could use a little improvement in terms of timing. Overall, a great value for money!
The hotel has spacious rooms with a great view, comfortable bed, and necessary amenities, although they can get quite hot requiring the use of a fan. The location is perfect for exploring the city, being centrally located near key attractions and public transport options. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was prompt and excellent, but reservations are recommended on weekends. Overall, a convenient choice with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms had a beautiful view of State Street and the Chicago Theater, not large but incredibly comfortable with everything we needed. The service was outstanding, especially for a family with a young child. The location was superb, walking distance to many attractions in the Loop and Millennium Park. The dining options were very convenient, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
